We collect your name, email address, password hashes, and company details to create and manage your accounting workspaces. All transaction entries, client ledgers, driver limits, and stock transactions recorded by you remain strictly private.
Your accounting logs are stored securely using PostgreSQL databases with robust encryption standards. We use secure firewalls, token-based session managers, and strictly enforce database connection rules to prevent access leaks.
We do not sell, rent, or distribute your company financial data, customer details, employee logs, or portfolio history to third parties under any circumstances.
We use localStorage in your browser to maintain your active UI workspace states, and secure server-side sessions to authorize your logins. You have complete control to wipe these states by clicking the Log Out button.
You have the right to edit, export, or delete any company books, employees, ledgers or invoices inside your workspace at any time. For absolute account deletions, you can do so in your profile settings.
